Renovation of tired building to create a mix of quality co-living accommodation and single let apartments. By adding en suites and rejigging layouts we created premium co-living accommodation for local professionals. We are making use of the large garden to create an enjoyable outdoor living space. Dracaena House has 9 lettable units and was completed in Spring 2025.
