Tom Jones
Tom leads the sourcing, structuring, and acquisition of development opportunities.
After graduating from Imperial College London, he began his career as an engineer, working on the design and de-risking of large offshore oil and gas and low-carbon projects.
In 2018, he transitioned from engineering to start several businesses in property development and management. Today, his focus is on growing Tanow and delivering quality homes for Cornwall.
Sam Jones
Sam is responsible for the delivery of our projects, ensuring quality construction with a design led approach.
Sam has 15 years experience in the construction industry, starting as a trained site carpenter. Sam owns and runs Samuel Winn Design & Build, a respected principal contracting business that has been operating across Cornwall for the past decade. Under his leadership, Samuel Winn Design & Build has built a reputation for excellence and high-quality craftsmanship.
